Job Summary: The Director of Employee Benefits Account Management provides strategic leadership, oversees their designated account management team, ensures exceptional client service, and drives operational excellence. Essential Functions: - Lead, coach, and mentor the Account Management team - Develop and execute team strategy and performance metrics - Serve as executive oversight for key clients - Oversee renewal strategy and service quality - Partner with sales and operations teams - Create and maintain strong carrier partnerships - Ensure designated team’s clients’ compliance requirements are satisfactory and up to date - Manage staffing, training, and team planning - Drive process improvement and operational efficiency - Manage book of business for large size clients - Lead renewal strategy and negotiate with carriers - Deliver client presentations and open enrollment materials - Manage escalations and resolve complex issues - Analyze claims data and funding strategies - Prepare spreadsh...
