Job description
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and STT (Speech-to-Text) technologies. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, DevOps) in an agile, iterative environment . Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while participating in peer code reviews. Share AI-related knowledge within the team and contribute to the company’s technical growth. Technical Requirements: Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in a developer role (projects involving AI are preferred). Strong proficiency in at least one of the following: TypeScript, Python, or Node.js . Professional English skills (both written and spoken). Nice to have: Personal or side projects based on LLMs or other AI-related technologies. Experience with STT (Speech-to-Text) models. Knowledge of containerization tools ( Docker, Kubernetes ). Understanding of application security best practices. Soft Skills: Experimental mindset: Readiness for an iterative approach and ability to work effectively under uncertainty.
