Laboratory Team Leader Position Summary: Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm EST. 100% On-site at the Greenville, NC site. Catalent’s Greenville, N.C. facility specializes in end-to-end turn-key solutions for oral solid dosage forms, including integrated formulation development, analytical services, commercial manufacturing, and packaging. The Laboratory Team Leader leads laboratory personnel in daily activities providing coaching and feedback to team members. This role provides laboratory support for internal business units and external client pre-commercial and commercial processes and projects.
