About this role: The Controls Engineering Supervisor is a team leader of a selected number of Controls Engineers. Their primary responsibility is managing and training of their direct employees, and verification of their work. They will be responsible for the mentoring of new hires as well as current Engineering staff. Participating in regular manpower meetings with Engineering Manager to distribute workload and discuss backlog and plan for future department needs.
