Position Overview & Department Specific Essential Job Functions: Manage the daily operations of all areas of a college or division, including accounting, controlling resources, creating finance reports, project management, and human resources functions (staffing units). Coordinate with multiple departments for administration of programs and quality services. Responsible for maintaining communication with staff through meetings, emails, and training sessions. Analyze and resolve business operations issues and needs. Provide quality control to business operations. Develop and implement business plans, policies, and procedures.
