Overview: As Executive Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Director, you will be responsible for leading recruiting and talent strategy across C-suite and senior leadership hiring, serving as a subject matter expert in executive assessment, fair and validated selection practices, and candidate experience. The position partners closely with senior leaders to drive end-to-end recruiting strategies, and develop and coach Talent Acquisition teams. Responsibilities include strategic oversight of the Sourcing function with a view of cutting edge tools and resources. The role also oversees vendor and agency relationships, contracts and approvals. The incumbent would also sponsor and deliver high-impact initiatives.
