Senior Director, Head of Closings Capital One’s GSE Closing Team within Commercial Client Operations (CCO) provides support for the Commercial Real Estate/Agency Finance business, working across a wide range of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac products and loan types. Our goal is to deliver an exceptional client experience to our internal partners, external investors and clients. As a senior leader within a fast-paced environment, the candidate must be open to change, idea sharing, and ensure that processes are accurate and well controlled. The candidate should have strong attention to detail, keen problem solving skills, and communicate effectively with senior management and both external and internal clients. Day to day, this leader will work with their team to ensure we meet our specifications for quality and timeliness as we work to process, close and deliver loans across our Agency Finance business line. The candidate should exhibit strong partnerships with Production, Underwriting and Agency associates to drive successful, timely and accurate closings and deliveries, as well as downstream teams to ensure transitioning of complete and accurate data and documentation.
