Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role. - 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.). - Experience in advertising or leading product roadmaps in the consumer space. - Experience in policy development and implementation. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or other advanced degree. - Experience supporting consumer user journeys specifically in advertising products. - Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams, with experience running horizontal or platform products. - Demonstrated thought leadership in the user privacy, security, or safety space, with experience in policy development and implementation. - Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, drive comprehensive product strategy, and provide detailed technical guidance to engineering teams. - Demonstrated track record of leading 0->1 growth projects, thinking outside the box, and building innovative products with a strong passion for positive user experiences.
