Job Description Summary Using business driven requirements, plans and designs enterprise systems supporting the Digital Workplace endpoint environment, including the evaluation and implementation of hardware and software products and engineers and tests technology solutions. Monitors the day-to-day performance of the infrastructure and works with project teams on the integration of new systems and workloads. Creates technical strategies and resolutions for complex problems, incidents, and outage situations. Primary focus will be towards the Endpoint Virtualization environment supporting a mix of on-premise and cloud desktops with both persistent and non-persistent virtual desktop workloads. Job Description: This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month.
