Company Description The Mozambique LNG Project, led by our client - multinational energy operator, is a $18B onshore LNG development in Northern Mozambique. Facilities include 2 LNG trains (13 mtpa), storage, marine facilities, utilities, and extensive site infrastructure. The project is remote, with peak personnel of ~15,000, and is financed by high-profile lenders Job Description: - Lead and coordinate all project control activities (cost, schedule, risk, and change management) - Oversee project budget, forecasting, and cost reporting - Manage and monitor integrated project schedules and contractor interfaces - Ensure effective risk management and change control processes - Supervise and support a multi-location Project Controls team - Provide clear reporting and performance insights to project management and stakeholders - Coordinate with Contracts & Procurement and other project functions - Deputise for the Onshore Project Services Manager when required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Management - Minimum 10 years’ experience in project controls within major oil & gas projects - Proven experience on large-scale project developments - S...
