We are seeking an experienced and motivated Laboratory Technician - Leading Hand to join our Concrete Technical team in Sydney. This is a hands ‑ on role responsible for supporting the day ‑ to ‑ day operations of our laboratory, ensuring high standards in testing, safety, and quality, while guiding and supporting a small team of Laboratory Technicians. This full ‑ time position is based at our Granville Laboratory . Our ideal candidate is someone who aligns with our values of Care, Collaboration and Ownership and enjoys leading from the front. In your new role with us, you will: Lead, mentor and support Laboratory Technicians in daily laboratory testing activities Perform concrete and raw material testing in accordance with relevant Australian Standards Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality and NATA requirements Assist with equipment calibration, maintenance and housekeeping of the laboratory Review results for accuracy, timeliness and technical compliance Liaise with plant operations, field testing teams and technical stakeholders Support continuous improvement initiatives across laboratory processes Act as a point of escalation for technical and operational matters within the l...
