Maintenance Technician

CAMS is part of the Associa family. CAMS (Community Association Management Services), HOA Management company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance/projects and assist in the oversight of contractors/vendors at HOAs in Charlotte, NC. Hours of Work: Full-time, 40 hours per week with the possibility of overtime and after-hours emergency calls. Hourly Rate: $20-25 per hour based on experience. Benefits package included. Responsibilities: - Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and perform assigned work orders promptly - Perform preventative maintenance task to maintain the physical integrity of the properties - Ensure a safe and secure living environment for residents and visitors - Anticipate, identify and correct problems involving the properties - Assist in the oversight of contractors and vendors - Follow up on service requests and communicate with managers for the highest quality of customer service Qualifications: - The position requires at least 2 years experience in property maintenance or equivalent field - Attendance and punctuality are essential - Ability to speak, read, and write English - Ability to work outside in various weather conditi...
