Head of Finance & Controlling Operations (CDMM) Location: Morgan Hill, CA, USA: Salary: 150K-200K Position Type: Full-Time Position Summary: The Head of Finance & Controlling Operations is responsible for leading all financial controlling activities for the CDMM manufacturing site in Morgan Hill. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, robust cost controlling, and strong business partnership with Operations, Supply Chain, and Site Leadership. The position plays a key role in driving operational performance through financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring compliance with internal and external financial standards. It also provides functional leadership to local finance controllers and serves as a key interface between site operations and Group Finance. Key Responsibilities: 1.
