Product Manager - Game Economy & Monetization

Job description

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager who will focus on game economy and monetization at our studio. You will work in a cross-functional and dynamic team and take ownership of the core economic vision of the game. This role owns the core economic vision of the game and plays a critical part in shaping long-term player value, Live Ops performance, and revenue sustainability. You will work closely with product, data, tech, and Live Ops teams, acting as the main decision-maker for economy-related systems and initiatives. Responsibilities: Economy Strategy & Ownership: - Defining and owning the high-level game economy strategy, including currencies, progression pacing, sinks/sources, and economy guardrails. - Ensuring the long-term health and sustainability of the economy across all features and Live Ops content. - Identifying economic risks (inflation, bottlenecks, imbalance) and proactively proposing solutions.
