Job Title: Pulmonary Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Location: Prescott, Arizona: Hours & Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week Prescott: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (4x10 schedule) Work Environment: Outpatient Pulmonary Practice: Salary / Hourly Rate: Starting at $130,000 annually (experience-based) Bonus Offered: Up to $30,000 annually through program participation and visit bonuses Benefits Offered: Health insurance, PTO, federal holidays, 401(k) match, CME allowance Why work with us: This is an opportunity to join a growing outpatient pulmonary practice that values collaboration, clinical quality, and work-life balance.
