Starting Pay Depending On Experience MUST ATTACH POOL CERIFICATION AND RESUME FOR CONSIDERATION: Job title: Certified Pool Technician/Maintenance Technician Reports to: Chief Engineer: Job Summary: MUST HAVE A CURRENT CERTIFICATION IN CPO . Maintain both the indoor pool/hot tub and kitty pool. Help maintain the 4 condo buildings, administration and Club House buildings in full operating conditions and make repairs as necessary. Employment Requirements: - Previous experience in hotel or commercial building maintenance and operations preferred. - Requires the ability to lift 60 pounds on a regular and continuous basis. - Grasping, standing, sitting, climbing, walking and other repetitive motions is required. Listening ability, visual acuity and good communication skills are necessary.
