Classes are held in infrared-heated rooms (80–90°F), designed to promote detoxification, circulation, and flexibility. Sessions are music-driven and conducted in a dark, candlelit environment with no mirrors to encourage inward focus and personal practice. Position: Studio Caretaker (Part-Time): Role Overview: The Studio Caretaker is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards across the studio.
