Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing using RTDS, OPAL-RT, or similar platforms. - 5 years of experience in mission critical facilities and their electrical infrastructure. - 5 years of experience in protection and control engineering. - 4 years of experience with multi-vendor protection relays. - Ability to travel 30% of the time. Preferred qualifications: - Experience using electrical transient analysis software such as ETAP, SKM, and PSCAD. - Experience with utility-scale energy storage technologies such as lithium-ion batteries. - Knowledge of communication/signaling protocols used in power engineering. - Ability to perform closed loop testing on protection and control systems.
