As the primary interface between Loft and its strategic supply base, the Sub-Contracts Manager is a critical position responsible for ensuring we are able to deliver on our commitments. About this role: - Lead the evaluation, negotiation and closure of critical sub-contracts with Loft’s strategic suppliers - Manage contract changes (e.g., waivers/deviations, addendums, exercised options) and change control throughout contract lifecycle - Maintain comprehensive and auditable records compliant with company and contractual requirements - Review contracts to ensure they reflect applicable technical, quality and/or regulatory requirements - Monitor and report sub-contractor performance against schedule, cost and quality targets - Identify, assess and mitigate supply chain risks, escalating issues whenever appropriate. - Develop strong relationships both internally and externally to facilitate communication, collaboration and alig...
