Endoscopy Technician

Job description

We are currently seeking an Endoscopy Technologist to join our team at our busy outpatient Endoscopy Center located in Marrero, LA. The role involves assisting our physicians during endoscopic procedures and ensuring patient care and safety throughout the process. Responsibilities: Requirements: - Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures - Prepare and maintain procedure rooms and equipment - Document patient information accurately - Collaborate with RNs and other team members to ensure high-quality patient care - Monitor and support patients before, during, and after procedures - Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality - BLS certification - Previous experience in GI/endoscopy or outpatient surgical setting is a plus but not required - Excellent communication and teamwork skills Benefits: Work Location: 1151 Barataria Blvd, Suite 4200 - 401(k) matching - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Health savings account - Life insurance - Paid time off - Parental leave - Vision insurance Marrero, LA 70072: Schedule : Monday through Friday 6:45am – 3:15pm
