Bargaining Unit: UUP Job Summary: The Department of Ambulatory Care Services at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing/ENT Nurse Practitioner, Suite H. The successful candidate will: - Provide primary care service to individuals and families, which will include care for incumbent's own panel of patients, as well as seeing walk-in patients of the practice as needed. - Document all care provided in the patients' medical records. - Develop further, maintain/manage patient care panel with participation in managed care programs and other direct patient care programs as applicable. - On a daily basis, review all laboratory and radiology reports to identify abnormal results...
