Sr Site Lead YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Row Crop Production Senior Site Lead will operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability for all deliverables, reputation, employee, and entity activities. You are responsible for setting the strategic direction for successful Site operations that are aligned with the greater NA Row Crop Production network, NA Product Supply and NA Commercial business objectives. Additionally, you are responsible for filling the role of Visionary, Architect, Catalyst and Coach for operational Supporting Units, E2E Mission Team, and Squads at a Row Crop Production facility to achieve the Site mission and outcomes linked to customers and products.
