We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Program / Project Management Specialist to serve as a central hub for our division’s Testing & Evaluation (T&E) operations supporting TSA - TED . In this role, you will be responsible for developing and synchronizing Integrated Master Testing Schedules (IMTS) that align complex cost, schedule, and performance data across multiple branches. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical testing data and executive-level decision-making. You will maintain high-visibility dashboards, identify programmatic risks, and provide the transparency needed to mitigate delays across the system lifecycle. This is a critical position that ensures strategic priorities are effectively communicated to stakeholders and that resources—from facilities to finances—are optimized to meet mission objectives.
