Job Description: Budgeted salary is between $50,019.38 - $60,023.25 per year This position is hybrid and may work remotely up to 2 days a week. Only candidates residing in the Louisville Metro area will be considered. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by incumbents of this job. Incumbents may be requested to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description. - Administer the employee benefits programs including all health and welfare, retirement, tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment and voluntary benefits plans. - Act as subject matter expert in the benefits field. - Work with the Benefits leader to complete projects on time and within the proposed budget. - Manage day-to-day activities within HCM Benefits proficiently to include all aspects of Benefits Transactions. - Conduct new employee benefits orientations and assist employees with self-service enrollment in HCM. - Prepare and run reports in HCM to maintain and audit enrollments, qualifying life events, terminations, payroll deductions and employee contributions to ens...
