We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Regulatory Compliance team as a Contracts Manager - Heating . - East Suffolk Council - Location: Riverside, Lowestoft NR33 0EQ and East Suffolk House, Woodbridge, Suffolk IP12 1RT - Salary: £49,282- £53,460 per annum, Band 9 - Hours: 37 hours per week - Contract: Fixed term Contract for 12 months The role: You will be directly responsible for operational planning, implementation and delivery of all heating system programmes relating to existing homes these include: Accountable for routine inspection and servicing programmes ensuring all properties receive the necessary inspections and remedial actions to ensure the highest levels of safety for residents and record keeping to evidence compliance and provide assurance.
