For the next season, we are looking for a Pastry Sous Chef to join the team. He/she should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills. The primary objective is to provide a friendly, attentive, and timely service and to create an exceptional experience for all our guests. He/She reports to Executive Chef. Main duties: - Assisting the Pastry Chef in managing the pastry brigade and in creating and preparing menus; - Coordinating food production and controlling food quality, taste and presentation of dishes; - Ensuring adherence to all health, safety and security procedures; - Collaborating with all F&B departments: Restaurant, Banqueting, Room Service, Bar; - Compliance with quality and service standards.
