About the role: This Project Material Coordinator position is located onsite in Bridgman, MI. It is a long-term contract position. Qualifications: - Ensure items are processed through receiving/receipt inspection promptly. - Ensure material is procured, staged, and available for prefab, testing, and installation activities - Attend kick-off project meetings to understand the scope of work / materials - Attend project meetings - Participate in walkdowns - Provide feedback on Engineering Change Material List (ECML) and 60% and 90% package reviews - Review Field Change Request (FCR), Request for Information (RFI), ECMLs, Engineering Take-offs and quotes - Complete and ensure Maximo Engineering Requests are submitted for new materials - Ensure all Engineering R...
