StoryPoint Oshtemo Care Coordinator Full Time - 6am-2pm: Up to $20.50 Per Hour Depending on Experience and Certifications POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible to provide and coordinate resident care to ensure quality care is delivered, as well as provide care team leadership ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Perform any other duties as requested within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.
