Job Responsibilities: General facility housekeeping. Refill and restock bathroom facilities. Empty office trash 3 days per week and sweep/vacuum stairs and hallways. Change filters in the office building monthly; change light bulbs as needed. Empty breakroom, garage, boiler room trash. Maintain lawn, landscaping and general lumber yard maintenance.
