Description Proctors play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of academic assessments. Proctor is expected to be detail-oriented, ethical, reliable, and have a keen eye for observation. - Supervising Examinations : Oversee examinations to prevent cheating and ensure fair administration. Create an environment conducive to testing and verify the identification of test-takers. - Monitoring Students : Monitor students during tests to prevent cheating and address any issues that arise. Ensure that all candidates follow standardized testing protocols. - Setting Up Examination Rooms : Set up examination rooms, explain rules, and ensure that the testing environment is conducive for students to focus solely on their exams. - Collecting Exam Papers : Collect and verify candidates' exam papers at the end of an exam to ensure accuracy and compliance with institutional policies. - Responding to Issues : Respond to any technical or procedural issues that may arise during the examination process. May also assist in maintaining records of test results. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED is Required
