”Connecting People and Places to Make the World Work Better” Our team continues to grow, we are looking to bring on a new Senior Caretaker to join our team in Aldinga , employed on a Full-Time basis. Your working hours will be 7:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday , but may also include after-hours and weekend work, such as supporting out-of-hours events and being on call to respond to after-hours emergencies, where required. The Position: - Responsible for the delivery of hard and soft facility services, including programmed and reactive maintenance, security and access control, waste and pest services - Manage subcontractors, maintenance works (planned and reactive), site operations and Community Use - Oversee site access, security, keys, deliveries, and traffic/parking management - Build strong client relationships and deliver responsive, high-quality customer service to the College leadership team - Monitor budgets, control costs, and support asset and maintenance planning - Lead and support staff, ensuring effective performance, communication, and safe work practices Our Benefits: - Access to staff discounts with companies including insurance and childcare - Traineeship opportunit...
