Description Prime Design: Our team at Prime Design, a Clarience Technologies company, is seeking a manufacturing supervisor for our site in Eagan, MN. Location: Prime Design, Eagan, Minnesota: Job Summary: The Manufacturing Assembly Supervisor plans, organizes, coordinates, and controls the activities of the production/assembly department. This position should have the following priorities: safety, quality, on-time, and efficient production. This position must work closely with most other functions including Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse, Customer Service, Engineering, and Purchasing In order to grow and build a successful career with Safe Fleet, you will be responsible for: - Ensure compliance with OSHA and any other regulatory requirements. - Oversee production output and daily schedules for employees within assigned work center(s) - Drive continuous improvement to improve safety, quality, delivery, employee engagement, and ultimately reduce costs.
