The role works closely with the Payroll Manager to coordinate all payroll functions. You’ll serve as the primary back up for the Payroll Manager and assist with a variety of payroll and accounting tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, dependable, and eager to learn. Customer service is at the heart of this position. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Follow and uphold all organizational rules, policies, and procedures. Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and Bridgeway standards. Coordinate biweekly payroll processing through Paycom. Maintain payroll databases, forms, and documentation. Create and update written procedures for key payroll tasks.
