We are looking for a HR Services Manager to join our HR team here at Harrods. You will be responsible for delivering a high quality, accurate and consistent service to the business, which is centred on a Customer First strategy, measured against a balanced scorecard About the Role: The HR Services Manager will act as a senior manager in the HR Operations team, with the ability to lead on projects relating to HR systems, processes and all operational activity across all areas of the HR function. The HR Services Manager will develop strong relationships with their peers across the HR function and with business stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner in all HR processes. They will ensure that leaders across the business are fully supported by the HR services team on both a reactive and pro-active basis.
