CORE JOB SUMMARY: The Supervisor, Patient Access oversees the day-to-day operations and management of the assigned clinic's front desk. Moreover, the incumbent ensures that all patients, customers, visitors, and staff are well served by providing a pleasant and organized atmosphere that is appropriate for all ages, ethnic groups, and physical handicaps. An employee in this position supervises registration personnel, anticipates patient volume, and monitors patient flow and staff productivity in order to further the department’s goals and objectives.
