About the role The Proposition Manager will be a strategic voice for finance sector customers , shaping propositions that directly influence product direction, customer outcomes and commercial success. BT Business is at an important inflection point in how we design and bring propositions to market. We’re shifting from being product‑led to genuinely customer‑led — and this role sits right at the heart of that change. You'll play a key part in translating patterns in customer demand into clear, commercially viable propositions that shape roadmap priorities. This is not a role focused on packaging existing products. It’s about starting with customer problems , challenging assumptions, and defining propositions that genuinely make a difference in for financial organisations.
