Overview Project Manager – New Product Introduction Locations: Rugby, Warwickshire & Stourport‑on‑Severn, Worcestershire Reporting to: Site Manager, Engineered Ceramics UK The context: Engineered Ceramics UK makes specialist ceramic components that end up in some pretty demanding applications. When new products or new customers come on board, getting them into the factory smoothly really matters — to quality, delivery, and the customer experience. That’s where this role comes in. We’re looking for a Project Manager who knows how to take complex manufacturing projects from “this needs doing” through to fully up and running — without drama, missed deadlines, or crossed wires. The role: You’ll own the end‑to‑end delivery of new product and new customer introductions across our UK sites. That means planning the work, lining up the people and equipment, spotting risks early, and keeping everyone moving in the same direction. It’s hands‑on, cross‑functional, and very real‑world.
