Description EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full time, 40Hrs/week: REPORTS TO: Vice President of People and Culture DEPARTMENT: Human Resources: FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt, Benefits Eligible: LOCATION: Kansas City, MO: POSITION SUMMARY: The Human Resources Generalist plays a critical role in executing the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding pillar of the Habitat for Humanity of Kansas City People Strategy. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting coordination, pre-employment process, and new hire onboarding experience, ensuring that we attract, hire, and successfully integrate the right people into the right seats. The HR Generalist partners closely with the Vice President of People & Culture and hiring managers to deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate and employee experience that supports a high-performing, mission-driven organization.
