Job Title: Services Coordinator Department: Day Services Reports To: Area Manager, Adult Day Services Employment Type: Hourly, Professional Pay Grade: G-6 Driver Status: Authorized – DOT Physical Certification Required About the Role: Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities (DD)? As a Services Coordinator, you’ll help individuals build skills, connect with their communities, and live more independently. You’ll work closely with participants, families, and care teams to create personalized plans that empower each person to reach their goals.
