Sign on Bonus of $1,500 for External Candidates Rate $22.25/hr. + $1.50/hr. Shift Dif. (2nd and 3rd Shift) GENERAL PURPOSE: Demonstrate proficiency in a range of processes, procedures, and equipment to perform various operator roles, including those of a highly skilled nature, in the plant production environment. Serve as a resource to others to solve problems and/or assist with operator activities or production equipment. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Perform a variety of line duties within the manufacturing environment to include highly skilled / senior-level processing, machine operator, and/or break relief operator jobs (e.g., Receiver, Blend/Filler/CIP/Retort/ Evaporator/Pasteurizer operators).
