THE ROLE: Sous Chef Salary of $116,462 + 12% Superannuation Work a 14:7 Roster (living/working on site for 2 weeks, committing to 12 -hour days, and having one week home for what matters most) Fly from Perth and be transported to one of our villages in WA As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly. You will oversee the kitchen team in the preparation, production, and service of food, ensuring that all kitchen areas maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
