Position Title: Associate Business Development Manager (Associate Relationship Manager) - Ireland Business Unit: Global Capital Markets (“GCM”) Reporting to : Head of Relationship Management – EMEA Location: Dublin, Ireland: Position Summary: The Associate RM will play a key supporting role in the delivery of GCM’s client relationship management strategy in EMEA. This position is designed to assist the RM Directors in managing client engagement activities, planning, and analysis, while also taking ownership of smaller client relationships to build and grow them over time. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to ensure exceptional client service and business development outcomes. Primary Responsibilities: Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing client and business partner events, ensuring alignment with GCM’s relationship management objectives. Quarterly Planning: Support the development of quarterly client engagement plans and targets, including scheduling meetings and tracking progress against set KPIs.
