Position Summary: The Wing Readiness Manager supports deployment readiness for the 25th Attack Wing by tracking personnel, equipment, training, and reporting to ensure units are prepared for global operations. *This position is contingent upon contract award. * Essential Functions: Prepare and process personnel for deployments and redeployments. Schedule and track pre-deployment training using ACES, SFMIS, and other readiness systems. Manage deployment equipment procurement, accountability, and distribution.
