Job Summary The Manager of Talent Acquisition provides leadership and operational oversight for the Talent Acquisition function. Reporting directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this role is responsible for partnering with the Director in the development and execution of enterprise-wide recruitment strategies that align with organizational workforce planning objectives. The Manager leads, mentors, and develops the Talent Acquisition team while serving as an advisor to leadership, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers. This position directly supervises Talent Acquisition Partners and Employment Coordinators, ensuring service excellence, operational consistency, and achievement of recruitment performance metrics. The Manager oversees full-cycle recruitment operations, is a partner with employer branding, workforce analytics, process optimization, and compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations.
