Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors What You’ll Be Doing: - Lead the monthly demand planning process in alignment with Sales and Marketing - Develop and maintain statistical forecasts using historical data, market trends, and customer insights - Analyze forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement to enhance reliability - Oversee distribution center operations, including 3rd party logistics and west coast DC performance - Manage inventory flow, transportation coordination, warehouse efficiency, and cost control - Lead and develop distribution teams through performance metrics, training, and continuous improvement initiatives - Ensure customer requirements are met by achieving service metrics such as Perfect Order and Fill Rate targets - Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and resolve service disruptions - Manage extended lead time issues and proactively communicate across the org...
