Job Title: People Process Optimisation & Enablement Specialist Location: Remote, UK: About the role: We are looking for a People Process Optimisation & Enablement Specialist to join BSI’s People team. This role will play a key part in shaping how People services are delivered across a complex, global organisation. Working closely with People Operations, HR Centres of Excellence, and HRIS/IT teams, you will lead the review, redesign, and optimisation of end-to-end People processes to improve efficiency, simplify ways of working, and strengthen accountability across the People function. You will help translate operational and business requirements into scalable, compliant, and system-enabled solutions, balancing global consistency with local regulatory needs. The role combines process improvement, stakeholder engagement, operational design, and change enablement to help create a more effective and employee-centric People operating model.
