We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically skilled Shock Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair, and performance optimization of shock absorbers for a variety of applications, including UTV and Snowmobile shocks. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for precision work. Qualifications: - Inspect, disassemble, clean, and rebuild shock absorbers to manufacturer or custom specifications. - Document shock settings, pressures, measurements, and parts. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. - Collaborate with engineers, and other technicians to meet performance goals. - Follow all safety protocols and quality control procedures. - High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred). - Mec...
