Job Description Summary Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: - Collaborate in the definition and control production process, including tooling and equipment - Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools or equipment - Execute routine analyses using vested methods and technologies and contributes to technological developments in the team - Work together with people from the business unit - Develop manufacturing processes for New Product Introduction (NPI), document process changes, drive process/fixture improvements, drive lead and cycle time improvements, cost of Quality (COQ) and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) actions - Participate in LEAN initiatives and engage Six Sigma tools for process improvements Qualifications/Requirements: - Master's Degree in Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree with a relevant work experience - Previous experience in production/manufacturing domain - Proven analytical and organizational abilities - Fluent Italian and English - Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required Desired Characteristics: - Mechanical background/Degree is preferred - Strong oral and written communication skills - Ability t...
