Job Overview: The Biorepository Associate is responsible for assisting with a variety of routine activities associated with the receipt, storage, and shipment of clinical specimens, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and company procedures. What you’ll be doing: Assist with the receipt of consignments and shipments, performing quality checks and escalating issues as needed. Conduct secondary checks of shipping materials to ensure specimens are not left in kit packaging. Coordinate the correct disposal or recycling of kit shipping supplies. Manage the shipping of specimens for long-term storage or client sample disposition. Handle receipt of compounds and control material, depending on the functional area.
