We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to drive quality engineering outcomes across a complex customer ICT environment, with a strong focus on Identity, Integration, Automation, and Continuous Improvement. The Role: The Test Lead is responsible for overseeing end-to-end testing and quality assurance across a customer ICT portfolio, including Identity Platforms (Okta), Integration Services (AWS), and enterprise applications. Reporting to the Principal Consultant, you will lead testing strategy, governance, planning, and execution across both BAU operations and concurrent project delivery streams. You will work closely with customer stakeholders, engineers, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure predictable, secure, and high-quality outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced enterprise environments, enjoys mentoring teams, and is passionate about modern quality engineering and automation practices.
